Outlook deleted my email from the Yahoo server. How do I get it back onto Yahoo!? - retrieve deleted email outlook

I configure Outlook to my Yahoo mail from POP3 servers, so that I may obtain copies of all my e-mails on my PC. I did not know the default Outlook deletes all e-mails from the source server. How can I regain access to the Yahoo server to my e-mails? In particular, it is a possibility, the date and keep the head?
