Rio scanner sapphire

I saw some frogs at the per shop and I was wondering about them.? - coloring with littlest pet shop

When I was in the pet store yesterday evening, I saw about a little frog color hwte beigeish not remember his name, I believe, was that albino clawed frogs or something. I also wonder if I could live with Bettas (male or female) and I think they do not need a filter.
