What are some ways overcome anxiety and depression? - panic attack and cruises

I did cause a severe anxiety disorders and depression. My panic attacks started more than 6 years.
I was awesome for a few years later I had another, again began the recovery process.
The attack occurred on a cruise relapse, and now I have to stay afraid. It was almost 2 years and still want to travel. I've always dreamed of, to all parts of the world.
Will I ever be normal?

I concentrate on breathing and posture. I slowed down my ideas, to remain calm. I'll do four or five deep breaths. Then, try to relax and think of a place that is quiet for me. Exercise is also helpful because it triggers your endorphins (chemicals) make us happy. You are normal. Panic attacks occur, and does not abnormal. It is something to manage what you learn to cope with and overcome, if the practice using adaptive mechanisms. It takes time to become experts in dealing with these tools, however. I saw the fear and depression often overlap. Fear often leads to depression, if nothing is done. To recover from depression (which I call a funk band), I play video games, music, movement, see something fun everybody Loves Raymond. It is important to laugh, so they focus their attention on something positive. More importantly, depression and anxiety caused by negative thoughts or negative thought patterns. By thinking positively, you have the power to overcome something, you can travel anywhere, and you can make your dreams come true.

You may need medication if you are traveling to subside. You may need to meet at regular intervals. Yes, you can leave a normal life, but need help.
